Shipping policy

Delivery

If a shipping option has been selected, the artwork will be shipped within a maximum of 10 business days. Delivery times are non-binding.

We place great importance on stable and secure packaging materials as well as the selection of professional delivery services. However, if an artwork arrives damaged, we ask you to refuse acceptance of the damaged package if possible and inform the responsible shipping service. You are not at fault in such cases, and the incident will be treated as an insurance claim with the responsible delivery service.

The buyer must inspect the condition of the item upon receipt of the order and report any reservations immediately in writing, but no later than within 48 hours, to KoE, which will forward these to the seller.

If the buyer fails to do so, claims for such obvious damages are excluded.

Due Date and Payment, Default

The purchase price is to be paid by bank transfer in advance (prepayment), PayPal, or credit card.

If the buyer is in default of payment, KoE is entitled to immediately withdraw from the contract without further notice; all damages incurred due to the payment default are to be borne by the defaulting buyer.

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, other fees, or taxes associated with shipping (e.g., to Switzerland). Shipping will occur within a maximum of 10 business days. All prices for artworks include VAT and other price components.

Germany, Austria:

  • Shipping S: € 25.00 EUR
  • Shipping M: € 35.00 EUR
  • Shipping L: € 45.00 EUR

EU:

  • Shipping S: € 30.00 EUR
  • Shipping M: € 40.00 EUR
  • Shipping L: € 50.00 EUR

International Shipping:

  • Shipping S: € 35.00 EUR
  • Shipping M: € 55.00 EUR
  • Shipping L: € 100.00 EUR
