"Idyllic world"

Haydngasse 15, 1060 Vienna
Exhibition dates: 09.09 - 07.10.26
Opening hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3 - 6 p.m.

The exhibition "Heile Welt" features works by Fabian Köttl and Ramsko.

Both studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna under Daniel Richter and work in Vienna.

Fabian Köttl

Fabian Köttl graduated with distinction from the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna in 2023, where he studied under Prof. Daniel Richter.

Fabian Köttl's works do not differ in medium, but in their themes. He works on a piece for a long time, usually over two months, dedicating himself to every detail with great devotion. This intensive engagement means that, at some point, a theme is complete for him—not out of exhaustion, but because life constantly offers new, exciting content.

Sometimes he focuses on cinemas, other times on social issues, horror, legends, or modes of transport; in between, surreal fantasy worlds also emerge.

He has a wide range of interests that he wants to bring to the canvas.

That is where the essence of his art lies for him: different themes, carried by a consistent style.

Ramsko

Ramsko graduated with distinction from the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna in 2026, where she studied under Prof. Daniel Richter.

"If I don't like this world, then I’ll just paint my own perfect world myself."

The artist constructs luminous, glittering counter-worlds; sanctuaries in which to take a break from the world, to escape.

Personal traumas, loss, physical vulnerability, and feeling overwhelmed find expression in her work. Ramsko occasionally uses seams and everyday materials in her pieces. With bold colors, glitter, and playful shapes, she creates a refuge where viewers can also find rest and recharge their strength.
