Revocation and Returns
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to revoke or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. To meet the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the revocation or the goods on time.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event of a valid revocation, both parties are obliged to return the received goods. If the goods cannot be returned completely or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the corresponding loss in value. This obligation to compensate for lost value only applies if the depreciation or use goes beyond the testing of the properties and functionality of the goods. "Testing the properties and functionality" refers to the kind of testing and trying out of the goods that is possible and usual in a retail store.
To avoid the obligation to compensate for lost value, you should not use the goods in a way that reduces their value and should refrain from anything that could lead to deterioration. Especially for laminated and framed works, ensure that no scratches, stains, or breaks occur that would result in a total loss. The goods should be returned in the original packaging and with all protective materials. The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
If your Order Is Lost or Delivered Damaged

Take photos of the packaging (preferably before you open it) and the damages to your order. The more informative photos you provide, the better we can assist you.
Your order is fully insured. Should an issue arise, you are entitled to a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
